Pleasantly surprised with this one! It does puff up a ton, but you really have to follow the instructions. I shook it out, let it sit for almost 2 days, and then put it in the dryer for 15 mins. The dryer made all the difference and now it’s super soft!. Laura. New York, NY. Tue Oct 13 2026

My new best friend! I used to spend so much money on very expensive mattresses – none of which ever made me as happy as purchasing a firm mattress and buying this 3 inch topper. The topper makes you feel like you are sleeping on the most luxurious bed - the best nice rest I’ve ever had. I have one of these on each of the beds in my house - they are amazing! As you can see in the picture, it becomes rolled up in a box inside plastic. Once you cut the plastic, it takes a few hours to fully expand. I researched many mattresses before deciding on this one. It's for my guest room and won't get daily use, but I still wanted a good quality mattress, which this seems to be! The only issue I had was that even after four days of letting the mattress expand (much longer than what was recommended), the 14" mattress never made it above 12.5". Wayfair made it right though, and I'm pleased with this mattress.. Judy. Whiteland, IN. Mon Jun 29 2026

Great mattress pad! It came very well packaged in a condensed airtight container. We just purchased a new home and it sat in the garage waiting for me to arrive for several weeks – when opened smelled just as fresh as it would would’ve if I had opened it on day one. I was surprised when I opened it and realized just how thick the mattress pad was - was a bit of also a mattress topper. While I wondered if it was too thick, I figured I would try it prior to making any decisions. It was such a great additional padding. There are elastic bands to place underneath the mattress on all four corners which help helps keep it in place I was very happy with this purchase!. Brissettebeach. Naples, FL. Mon Jul 20 2026

Was a little worried on ordering a replacement sleeper mattress online without seeing it in person but this mattress is great. You’ll need to let it fully inflate so your sofa will be out of commission during that time. Was also worried about the thinness and if it was going to be comfortable or fit a mattress pad ok..and the pad fits perfect on top and the weight of the mattress keeps the pad from curling up. Paul. Davidson, NC. Mon May 11 2026

I was very disappointed with this comforter. At first, it felt soft, fluffy, and high-quality, but after just 2–3 months, it became very thin and flat, like an ordinary thin blanket. It no longer feels like a hotel-quality comforter. I would not recommend it.. Aizada. Staten Island. Fri Oct 16 2026
