It went together easily, the instructions were very easy to understand. I am glad I looked at reviews which led me to this bed because I can have nightstands without impeding the side drawers. I purchased the queen-size version and also paid for a person through Wayfair to bring the box upstairs and install it. I have slept on the bed for 3 weeks and so far the bed exceeds my expectations. It is beautiful and feels heavy and stable. It does not squeak or move around. I placed the bed on the carpet and the drawers still move in and out easily. Drawers are made of solid wood. I have had other similar beds where the drawers are made of plastic. I am glad that I paid someone to install it because it took a pro more than an hour. I am loving this bed! It’s sturdy and looks great. It has high quality materials with metal supports so there’s no extra movement or noise. They’re great if you have a tendency to stub your toes on furniture. The drawers are nice and I love that they’re on rollers. You can roll them out of the way and have extra hidden storage under the head and foot of the bed. They fit in the side panels nice and flush with the overhanging supports on the back of the panels designed to stop the drawer from rolling under the bed. The nightstands feel nice and secure. I typically have a heavy book in the drawer, a full 40oz hydro flask, and my phone charging on one nightstand and it doesn’t seem to stress it at all. The assembly was straightforward and simple. Love these dressers. I got two of them and they perfectly match my bedframe color and my rug! They are a dark teal and were fairly easy to put together solo, although a second person would be handy. The hardest thing was figuring out the drawer slides came apart. I do suggest using a power drill, it's waaay faster, but you will still need a Phillips screwdriver. Wow I love this bed you need 2 people to set it up and it was easy. I did need to use a couple of little spritz of WD-40 to help a few screws to install smoothly. I have an adjustable bed and metal frame so I didn’t need to use the wooden slats that came with it. I had to adjust the legs of my frame to allow the foot board to align prefectly as you can see in the photo. It has a remote control for the light and sound that via usb speakers are also controlled.
