My Swivel chairs came today within the timeframe that was promised. Each chair was wrapped well. I was suppose to get the chairs in BEIGE or LINEN color and material, yet when they arrived, they were a WHITE fabric. I will be keeping the chairs despite their error, and will try to find beige or colored pillows to warm up the white fabric. The chairs look modern in my living room, and I love the swivel. They are a bit firm, but with use, I am sure they will soften. I recommend buying these chairs, but be sure that they give you the color fabric that you want, as they quickly run out of certain colors of fabrics, as I learned with this purchase. That is why I gave the review a 4 star instead of a 5 star.. Rachelle. Woodmere, NY. Wed Oct 21 2026

Super comfy! Easy to assemble and they look great. The back support is very sturdy and the perfect height. My only concern is how easy the fabric will be to cleanshowing stains at the top from being moved back and forth during use. Once we had these for a while and it comes time to clean them, I’ll update my review.. Anon. GA. Sun Jul 26 2026

The chair is wonderful; however, the customer service department is not! I originally had ordered 6 of these chairs with 5 of them delivered within the week. One of the chairs kept having its delivery date pushed back until I finally called about it. From what I understand, there was a glitch in the system and the chair was not going to be delivered. Customer service advised me to cancel the order and reorder. I was then transferred to another department for payment info only to be told that the chair would be $25 higher. I told them that I was not happy that I had to pay more for a chair that didn't get delivered because of a problem with their system. After talking to a superior, I was to get the chair at the original cost. That was NOT the case when I saw my bank account. Make sure you write down names, dates, and times when you call the service department. I usually do, but I did not this time; therefore, no data for proof.. Kim. Roseville, IL. Mon Oct 05 2026
