I was looking for a modern-style, small diameter fan and this fit the bill perfectly. I put it together myself with little to no DIY ability and had an electrician install. They were done in about five minutes and I really like how you can change the light from cooler to warmer as well as dim the brightness. This ceiling fan is so beautiful! It exceeded my expectations in size quality of construction and aesthetics. The fan is a nice weight not too heavy not too light and the metal is a superior quality and coded so that it will be easy to maintain and clean. The fan blades I believe are plastic but they kind of feel like wood! Installation is a bit tricky though for us since I have to have an electrician come and put a new box in the ceiling,,but we can’t wait to get it completely installed. We tested with alternative power and it’s very quiet and runs smooth. It comes with a remote control which adds to the ease of turning off and on. We couldn’t be happier with this purchase.. This fan packs a punch! I originally ordered it for a different space, but my sons fan stopped working, so we decided to try it out in there. I was concerned it wouldnt cool the space well enough because it is SO small. But goodness, I was wrong! My son is setting it to 1. There are 6 levels, and the sixth is hardcore.
