When I saw that this was for 2 lights, I thought the price was reasonable. However, the two lights are connected, and so they can’t be set farther apart than the connecting wire. Also, each pair will flash the same pattern at the same time, so unless you have more than one set of lights, the effect is a little too coordinated looking. You’d have to buy multiple sets and program each set a different mode from the others to achieve a more natural, random firework look. This is really the neatest ornament display item. I saw several and chose this one because of the height size. But, when I received it, what is cool is if you don't want ornaments hanging 360 degrees, you can only put on the hangers on the front half, so essentially putting up against a wall on a table (the back doesn't need to have the hangers on it).
