The settee looks great in my feminine palates room! I put it together myself and it took about an hour. It came with all the tools and parts. Not too difficult and the instructions were good. I just have a slight concern about its sturdiness but I don’t plan to have a lot of people using it. It’s mainly for me only or me and one other person occasionally. I’m happy with my purchase.. This is VERY comfortable and looks really nice. The cushions fluffed up really easily after I put them in the dryer on lowtumble. We’re currently having a problem with one of the backs, it seems the hole was drilled one inch off not slowing us to install it properly. We have reached out to the company for a replacement and they have seemed helpful so far.. Lindsay. Mount Pleasant, SC. Fri Oct 02 2026

The 5 stars are for the excellent customer service that Wayfair provides. The storage bench is not as well made as I would expect it to be (perhaps 3.5 to 4 stars) since it does look nice just material used is cheap. The first one I received had a broken leg, the top thin plastic cover that protects the cushion was ripped which left a small stain and the hinge was broken on the left side. I attached a picture of the leg. Upon contacting Wayfair customer service they promptly took care of it. The replacement I received is in perfect shape. My recommendation to the manufacturer would be to put additional packaging around the legs to keep them from breaking and to use a stronger plastic wrap to protect the top cushion. What is currently used seems to be saran wrap.. Teresa. Belmont, MA. Sat Jul 02 2016

It’s not 1010 quality but it’s really nice! It’s a little bit shorter than I expected, but it looks really nice in front of my bed. I would say the cream color is more of a white.. Katie. Mon Jun 22 2026

Let’s return this bench. Obviously this has been opened and rummaged around in. There are dirty spots all over it as well as loose stitching. And two numerous threads hanging for me to photo. I did not opt to order an open box item but this is what I got. If it had been clean, I would return it anyway, because of the poor quality of the fabric workings but the fact that it’s soiled and looks used already took the cake.. Carol. Rancho Mirage, CA.
