Overall, I’m very happy with this couch. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and fits perfectly in my apartment. The neutral color goes with everything, and it feels sturdy once assembled. The only downside was that assembly took longer than expected because some of the hardware that connects the sections was slightly misaligned, making it a bit challenging to put together. Once everything was in place, though, it was absolutely worth it. I’d also love to see this couch offered in more colors—especially a rich caramel brown, which I think would be a gorgeous option. I’d definitely recommend it!. Madison. Tue Jul 28 2026

It’s a great couch and value for the price. It should be against a wall it is covered with upholstery on the back, but it does not connect and there are little flaps that over lap where it connects. It’s very comfortable, it didn’t take long to assemble, and the fabric is soft. It’s not a primary couch, but it does get used almost daily. I received this sofa yesterday and I’m still waiting to see if the seat cushions inflate more. I don’t think vacuum sealing the seat cushions is a good idea at all! You have to wait 72 hours to a week for the cushions to inflate. So far they still have a long way to go after 28 hours. So hopefully after 72 hours to a week the sofa can be sat on. Also, the bracket that connects the left arm to the back of the sofa isn’t mounted completely to the correct angle. There is a slight misalignment. I covered it with a throw blanket so that it isn’t noticeable.. Ruth. Wilmington, NC. Tue Sep 29 2026

Sofa was delivered yesterday (well worth the 50 delivery fee to have it delivered to the room of my choice!) and so far so good. I out it together on my own so obviously that’s possible but probably much easier with two people. It’s comfy, good for a small apartment space. There are some lumps in the pulllows that I hope will work themselves out over time but overall I’m really happy with it.. Kim. Arlington, VA. Wed Sep 23 2026
