I saw a lot of mixed reviews mentioning misaligned drawers and bad pre-drilled holes, but that wasnt my experience at all. While assembly was definitely time-consuming and tedious, it was pretty straightforward, and everything aligned perfectly for me. The kit does come with a Phillips head screwdriver, but like most pre-packed furniture tools, the handle isnt very comfortable. If you dont have a nicer screwdriver already, Id recommend getting one because your hand will hurt after driving so many screws. I used a cordless screwdriver, which made driving screws into the areas without pre-drilled holes a lot easier, though you could definitely manage without one. The color and dimensions are 100 accurate to the product description online. However, as other reviews have noted, the drawers are on the shallow side. More importantly, the drawer slides are set up so the drawers do not pull out all the way. There is a good 4 to 5 inches per drawer that stays inside the unit when fully opened. I think this is probably a safety feature to prevent tipping, and for my needs—storing clothing like sweatshirts and sweatpants—it really doesnt matter. That said, I would not recommend this unit if you want to store something like craft supplies, as reaching smaller items out of the back of the drawers would get annoying. The drawers do feel a little bit flimsy and loose when pulling them in and out, which is where its most obvious that this is a flat-pack piece of furniture. However, I was able to fit them together easily, they are perfectly aligned, and they stay on their tracks without any issues. Harry 3 Dresser arrived today and the box looked a little wet and damaged in the corner, but all peices were okay when I opened the box. It took about a couple hours to put together, the instructions were good, but with one exception of the rolllerbar on the drawers is incorrectly pictured in the manuel. The roller should be at the back of the drawer not in the front. Not sure why they have this incorrectly pictured. Other than that, I am satisfied with the dresser. It looks great and is well built.. I bought the chest to match the nightstands in a small guest bedroom. It looks very good, but most of all it was so much easier to put together. The rails on the drawers were already attached, the bags with hardware were not all in a connected bag and the instructions were clear. So at the end, the drawers slid right in with no adjustments.. One of the screws wouldn't tighten. The other one did so the leg is stable for now. We contacted Wayfair and they allowed us to fully explain the situation. Exactly as pictured! I love the color, very natural. It’s a little more complicated than other dresser builds I’ve done, but nothing unmanageable. I am impressed with the strength, design and finish of this Yakota Wood 3 drawer dresser. The drawers have a support bar underneath which will keep the bottom of the drawer from popping out, so long as you don’t overstuff the drawer. The dresser is surprisingly heavy.
