The filing drawers accommodate legal-size files and the cabinet is mounted on casters for ease of use and mobility. This mobile file has metal handles to enhance and accentuate its contemporary and stylish look.

We ordered two of these. One arrived in the damaged box shown in the photo, but all the pieces were there. However, the other photo shows that the bottom drawer sits back too far and exposes the particle board beneath it. You can see how it compares to the other cabinet which is correct. That's why I gave 4 stars.. Joan. Miami, FL. Sat Feb 26 2022

This filing drawer cabinet will absolutely keep your home office machines, paper, files, and suppliers organized!

Now that I have it assembled it’s OK, it seems to be fair quality, looks good, feels solid, and the drawers work smoothly. However, it took hours to assemble and the directions are pictures, often vague. (The only words in print were inadvertently funny). The triangular drawer stop that I think is used to lock the bottom drawer to the top would not allow the top drawer to close so I removed it from the top drawer which I think prevents the bottom drawer from locking but I wasn’t going to fight it and possible break something slamming it or send it back after the long assembly. Fortunately, right now I don’t need to lock it but I wonder how this part could have been designed so badly. I have it closely fitting under a table so tipping isn’t a problem but I can see it could be and especially if you have kids it will need to be attached to something.. Karen. Amissville, VA. This collection has industrial bones with a modern vibe. Warm rustic touches balance out cool, modern forms.

Love this file cabinet! It’s stable and sturdy. Not the easiest to assemble, though. If I hadn’t had experience with some of the hardware, I wouldn’t have known what to do. Also had no idea the side rails had to be taken apart for installation - thanks to YouTube for showing me that one. Overall, a quality product but could benefit from better assembly instructions.. Great file cabinet; perfect for my new retirement home office. I finally retired and moved into a vacant family cottage only partially furnished. I happily left behind old and outdated metal cabinet and mostly metal desk; looked forward to new upgrades. I know it will sound like hype, but I've learned the hard way. I buy lots of stuff online and when it comes to knocked down furniture I have to assemble, I bypass my prime options and go with Wayfair. This wood decorative two-drawer file cabinet is a perfect example. It arrived fast (actually a day early). Package and contents free of any damage, dings, dents or scratches. Assembly took a bit of time, but worth it. Instructions say two people; was just me, didn't rush. One small flaw was the final step. Task involved inserting the finished drawers into cabinet frame and screwing in last of two small machine screws, one each side of each drawer (to secure metal glides). Three went in with multiple tries to align screw with threaded hole in glide. The fourth wouldn't go; I opted to improvise with a small wood screw left over from additional spare bits that came with this cabinet (another reason why I go with Wayfair). A matching L-shaped desk is due today; can't wait.. Daniel. Sandwich, MA. Thu Oct 22 2026

The dark purple is a great color - file cabinets are fine for the price point. One of the two I ordered has a sizable dent on one corner. It it was to be in a corner or not viewable from two sides, I would be ok with it. However, it is being used to support wood for a desk in a brand new church office and plain to see. Can you send us a new one? I examined the box prior to opening and saw no sign of the dent or I would have refused shipment. Please advise.. Alison. Nantucket, MA. Fri Apr 17 2026
