So far this set is great! I didn't realize when I got it that it says it's for low to medium heat and suggests use under 450 degrees. Only time will tell how durable these pans really are. Aesthetically they are really nice to look at. The glass lids are on the lighter side. I am concerned about how the gold trim will wear or tarnish overtime, even if hand washing, but more importantly from wear in a dishwasher.
