What a work of art I thought I was crazy for spending so much money on 1 single pot after opening it I have zero regrets.I did some research before buying and was scared I would get a Chinese copy but as you can see from the photo it has made in Brazil right on the bottom to me that’s a big win.When I took it out of the box I thought forsure it had something in it because it’s extremely heavy for it size and the fit and finish is top notch very pleased with my purchase hopefully this will last me a lifetime much better than replacing 15-20$ pot every few years after the toxic coatings come off in my food.. Our new saucepan turned out to be the perfect size for us, in between our smallest and the medium one. It’s very pretty. It cleans up easily and I did not even “season” it like the instructions suggested. So far I’ve only simmered vegetables in it and it worked fine. I’m a convert. I’ve been using all clad for 35 years and thought it was the pinnacle. I stumbled on and fell head first into Staub and le creuset. Thought, ok now this is the pinnacle. Tried Demeyere and know 100 that this is it. Steady, even heating that doesn’t drop when food goes in. Super easy to clean after letting it cool, soak a bit and wash. Bought these pans after doing some research. Even though the reviews were really good, I kept my expectations minimal. They actually far exceeded expectations with their quality. I got them to replace some Rachael Ray ones that I've had for a few years at our Airbnb. Pans get a lot of abuse! Hopefully these will stand up to people using forks and other metal in them. So glad to find its exact replacement here at Wayfair. If you're in need of excellent cookware at a really good price, I highly recommend Tramontina.
