this review and product rating is my evaluation of the product - I'm not advising others on whether they should purchace - the 5 star is determined by the product price relative to other similar products - i have six of them working for over a year - these heaters are simple to operate - no bells and whistles - minimal working parts - easy to replace - i'm a certified gas installer - if your not certified and don't have a background in gas works have a cert tech connect the heater -.
