It didnt come with the casters, the baskets, or the hooks! It was also very unfinished wood, splinters all over unfinished! I ordered the same one a year or so ago and its a different size, color, everything. We fixed it up, and now it works for what we need, but we shouldnt have had to do that. Jacklyn. Love this locker. Not sure why the picture shows two lockers because you only get one- two tier locker, but none the less it's pretty cool. Assembly was SUPER easy. The metal is flimsy, but that helps keep the locker light. Small blemish upon arrival which is basically standard for wayfair products (I've ordered A LOT from Wayfair). Overall I would recommend.. After reading other reviews I knew there was a lot of construction work needed to put this together but it wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I assembled this without help. When you do this, make sure you only tighten nuts by hand and then when it’s mostly assembled, go back over and use the tool they provide and re-tighten. All parts were included in this unit and there were no dings or damaged pieces. I was worried about that after reading about other similar products. The packaging and careful shipping (Federal Express) brought it to me damage-free. The three panels that make up the left right and back are a flexible sheet metal. The front with the doors are sturdy. One put together it becomes a sturdy unit. The instructions do leave out certain criteria, such as when assembling, do you overlap the sides to the back or the back to the sides. I just went by what was most logical and it all worked. I think the sheets are thin enough not to matter. This unit is lockable and comes with six hooks to attach if you want them. I put four of them on top but you can put two in each cubby if you want. The height inside each cube is about 19” - 20” with a width and depth (interior side to side and front to back) of approx 12” each way, and it weighs in the package 42 lbs, so slightly less without the packaging. So far it's great! Only had it for a couple weeks. I did put shelf liner on the bottom shelves to prevent the kids from scratching it as while I was building I didn't notice my toddler was "helping" and had the screw driver, she put a little scratch in it, so I decided shelf liner would be best.
