Grinder works great. The canister the grounds come out of is good but messy. You need to clean out the spout the grounds come out of once a week to clean the fine powder that accumulates and wash out the hopper at least once a month. It is a plus that the hopper is removable. If there was a way to clean the grinder mechanism to keep the residue from building up I would have given it five stars. Unfortunately that puts a shorter lifespan on the device. Otherwise, great grinder. Wish the finest setting was better for espresso. The Bustelo coffee brand we buy for espresso is finer than our grinder. Ground up a bunch of coffee today. Worked well and ground a little bit coarser than fine. Very easy to use and clean. I dont grind coffee beans often so this is perfect for my needs. Great grinder. This grinder takes the guess work out of getting the correct grind. Easy to use and clean. This replaced a grinder that had lived out its day. It is the first burr grinder I've owned. There is a setting to determine the type of grind you want, expresso, drip, percolater. I particularly like the setting to select how much beans you want ground from up to a single cup to a full carafe.
