Better than the original canopy that came with the gazebo. It still cant last more than a season in the Florida Sun. This is my 3rd replacement in 2 years. Our Monterey Gazebo Model L-GZ215PST-4 base was in good condition. Found the Canopy Replacement at a reasonable price of $122.+tax. Free shipping closed the deal. Arrived in a timely matter in a compact box. Over all fit well, except for the very top. Not sure why it did not match, since this is the replacement for that model. We had to modify to make it fit.
