It was just what I needed for my space! It was super easy to put together. I'm not sure how some others had a hard time with the hose. I found that it does NOT insert into the hole, it fits ON the two connections, NOT inside. It is NOT black, as it looks in the photo, (previous reviews mentioned it as well) it is a bluish color with something like stripes on it resembling a bluish faux wood pattern. I knew that was a quick fix for me with my handy matte black spray paint. It's Perfect , runs perfectly and I cant wait for it to compliment my space even better when I am done decorating my area. I plan to also add waterproof under water LED lights . I thought the fountain came with a light, but I didn't find one included. It kind of looks light the tube glows, but it didnt for me. We love the fountain. The pictures do not do it justice. It is the perfect height for our sun room. It came nicely packaged and is one piece so no assembly.
