The tree arrived as expected. It looks better than I thought it would. It is full and sturdy. One branch of lights went out within a day. I called Wayfair and was offered a replacement but I declined. The branch without lights was placed in the back and is not noticeable. Wayfair will replace the tree for one year if more branches lose their lights. I am very satisfied with the tree and the serviced. I am using the tree as seasonal and holiday decorations. Kathleen.
