Couches fit perfect in my living room hence the L shaped desk and chair I got as well from Wayfair! The couches and desk are covered with insurance as well along with other services I purchased. Unlike in-store shopping I got everything for a bargain and super quick and all the parts and pieces were there. For two women in the household, I can proudly say we managed to put together the couch which I was skeptical about before the purchase, but definitely recommend this set due to the cost amount & space I Have in my living room. Despite the rumors and look at the sales I am very impressed how fast everything go shipped(free shipping) and the service men got tipped well (delivery men & handyman) for a splendid job!

I really like this set! It took about 9 days or so to be delivered. The set up took about 20 minutes with two people helping, it was 15 screws total (8 legs and 7 screws holding the back in place.) It's nice and firm, which is how I like my furniture. Avoid if you like very soft or plush seats. I had one major issue and that was that in the love seat when I went to put it together it was missing all the hex nuts needed to fasten it. As I didn't want to wait for them to mail out the replacement, I went to the hardware store and bought them myself. I emailed Wayfair and asked to be reimbursed the cost of the hex nuts and the bus fair I used to buy them. They responded by the next morning, apologized and said they would of course refund me the amount right away, even rounding up for my troubles. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. I'll definitely be buying more from here.

I didn't have high expectations for this product. At the price it was offered, it was not a high-end product. However, it is just what I was looking for and a good value. The problem was in quality control at point of mfg. There are four major parts in the assembly of the two pieces. All went well with the first 3 parts. Part#4 must have been made at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. I was able to fix all the problems and get it assembled. However, there was a tear or hole in the fabric that had been just sewn up - not even patched or otherwise mended. It's in an area that is against the wall and not visible or subject to wear but just wrong on a new product. To Wayfair's credit, the customer service rep I dealt with had a great attitude and satisfied my with a generous solution and sincere empathy. Well done!

I love my new furniture! Shipping was right on time. The delivery company emailed me to inform of delivery date and then also called to confirm that someone was in the home to receive delivery so that items were not just left outside unattended. Of course assembly was required but my 2 sons (age 24 and 16) were able to assemble in under an hour. Both couch and loveseat are very comfortable and the color matched the description of ordered product 100.

This furniture set is absolutely amazing. I love it, my family just loves it. My husband put everything together on his own. He was surprised at the ease in putting each piece together, no tools needed. I read a review that started the foot rests were short. I can attest that it is not true. It is dependent upon the reclining position of the chair. The foot rests are in the proper position for each stage of reclining. I've even layed across the couch as a whole and it is very comfortable you do not feel the separation of each seating place like you could on my old reclining set that I paid twice as much for. I highly recommend this living room set and in the future will look for this maker. The quality is great.

Good for the price! Manual/ Instructions need to be more clear and detailed although assembly wasn't difficult. Material/fabric is cheap but structure seems sturdy. Perfect for small spaces just like our family room in the basement. Cushion is very firm yet still comfortable enough. Backs are cushiony. Armrests/ends are hard wood, which could hurt when bumped. Padding is barely completely covering the top part, side has no padding at all. Throw pillows are a little too small and cheap. Will buy pillowcases for them or might just buy different pillows to match. Velcro on back are not placed on correct spots. We didn't think we needed those anyway so we just kept the strip covers on so velcro won't damage the fabric. Overall, still a good product. Just hoping they last for many, many years.

This was super easy to put together! It took me maybe 30 minutes to put the love seat together by myself and probably 15 minutes for my husband and I to put the couch together. It’s comfy, especially for the price, and comes with pretty clear instructions. The instructions are simply photos, though, but that makes them more universal. The couch is probably about 5 feet long. I can lay on it comfortably and I’m 5 foot, one inch. It’s a good size for a small space. It’s adorable little living room set for folks just starting off. I would recommend this to college Kids who don’t have a lot of money or room who are just starting out on their own. They are really for any living space and, the best part, since the colors are dull, you can add colors with pillows and accessories! I really love this set. It pulled my new, bland, unexciting living room into a place I wanted to spend my time. I added a photo of the completed love seat in my work spacereading nook in my living room. It goes great with all my accessories and brings the area together.

That's the first time I am writing this I didn't think I will do that cause for so many months I have this livingroom in my cart but the way people talk about it and wayfair delivery thinks already broke I didn't want to take a chance but I ended up buying the living room it's really nice and my friends love it it's not that bad for the price the reason why I said not bad cause it's a little uncomfortable it's not soft but I still love it, I will definitely buy again so far I have very good experience with wayfair I bought a lot of stuff from them

This set was perfect for my living room space and was very easy to set up. I love the the singe chairs but i must admit that the love seats could have been slightly wider. I had a problem and the insurance protection got on it immediately and my problem was resolved in a pretty decent time. But all in all I Love It...

I would give this a 5 star, as shown in pic, beautiful piece. but Wayfair services are gone worst so 4 star, the date of delivery was changed 4 times online, I called customer care 3 times (first line care is of course good) but as my call was transferred to 2nd level they're really bad. I was told I will receive a call back but no call back. Alyssa Tut was manager who was sending me emails and she was more phony, I spoke to delivery agent 3 days earlier & fixed appointment for delivery and she writes to me the day of delivery & says we are unable to reach you? really, When I replied to her email informing I am receiving delivery today she never care to reply back to my mail till date. there should be atleast a sorry for inconvenience, I was told that I will be given a compensation no word on it or reply either. the senior staff n managers etc just show attitude. disappointed with wayfair this time.

I am still waiting for the loveseat portion of my order.. the “investigator” left a message on Monday.. and an email on Monday. And I haven’t heard anything since. I am actually very frustrated and not one person can answer where my loveseat is at and when I will be getting it.. I hope before Christmas, which is why I ordered it just before Christmas, (late November). The sofa is nice but I paid for the set. Update.. I received my loveseat that was left behind today. I am overall pleased with the way this error was handled. The company handled the issue and fixed it. They also reimbursed me for a fair amount for my inconvenience. That says a lot to me. Most companies would not have done that. I have ordered from them since, without any issues.

LOVE ! LOVE ! LOVE ! My new living room set. Pictures just don’t do justice. The middle piece on the sofa comes down with two cups holders and built in tray. The loveseat also has two cup holders and a small storage unit. Perfect for my family, my kids love it and it’s great for when people come over. Can’t beat the price too. I Looked around a couple furniture places both online and in store but nothing caught my eye or was worth the price. But wayfair had just what I needed. I’ve already recommend this living room set to friends and family and will definitely continue to do so.

For the price this set is pretty amazing. They do not feel like cheap leather at all. I gave them 4 stars because mine came with about a one inch tear in the leather. However the tear was covered up by the attached arm. I also gave a 4 star rating instead of a five because the back flaps that cover all the mechanisms up are uneven and not cut to the right size. Since they are uneven and not cut right they aren't staying attached well and do not cover the complete back. If these were against the wall It wouldn't bother me but since they are in a large room neither one are against a wall. The couches are stiff I prefer a little more sink but I feel like with any other furniture they just need to be broke in. All recline great with no issue. The cup holders are great and the large couches middle section flips down with cup holders also. All in all for the price these are great. Just received them today so we will see how they hold up to the little children and the pets.

I absolutely love my love seat and couch. The delivery guys went way beyond our expectations. They brought it inside our door, were extremely polite, respectful, curtious, just all around the best guys. They truly need commended especially in this terrible pandemic time coming into unknown homes. It took my husband and myself about an hour and a half to completely put our furniture together and we were sitting on it in no time. We love it. The color is perfect., the size is just right in our condo, and I am so happy I decided on the Sebastian 2 piece set. I have no issues, no regrets, no change of heart. Best decision Ive made. When you purchase furniture on line its basically sight unseen. So you are taking a big chance on buying it. I am definitely glad I did. Thank you Wayfair. I will be ordering again from you.

This is an early review, so I can't speak much on the wear and tear capacity of this set. However, the set came on time and the delivery folks were very kind and easy to work with. My BF was able to put the set together in less than 30 minutes by himself without any issues. It isn't a super soft sofa, but I don't find it uncomfortable and prefer it to the old Ikea couch we'd had. The throw pillows it comes with are sort of ugly, but that's nothing some covers can't fix. I was a little worried the legs wouldn't be sturdy, but we've had two people and our large dog on the sofa and it felt very secure. There was some slight damage to the lining because one of the legs poked through it during shipping, which wouldn't be a huge problem except our cat now has an easy way to climb into the couch. Overall, I'm really pleased with my purchase and experience with Wayfair. I will definitely buy furniture this way in the future.

This set surprised us. We were looking for something cheap but comfortable, small enough to not take up all the space but big enough to fit adults comfortably. Thse 2 fit the bill perfectly! Assembly took about 15 minutes (and most of that was unboxing and laying out the pieces). All the pieces fit together easily and quickly, no need to screw anything on accept the legs. The material is soft and easy to wipe clean, the cushions are quite surprisingly comfy (someone commented that its even comfier to sleep than seat on)! The color is a pretty color (not too dark yet not too light. Really gorgeous over all. The only thing that I took stars for was that the back rest is a wonderful size before assembly, but it is ruined and becomes way too short because the slot to connect it to the bottom part of the couch is so low that you lose more than half of it. That placement is odd, unnecessary and useless. I wish I could unscrew the plate and install it higher without ruining the fabric. This set can comfortably fit 5 adults, 4 if theyre on the plumper side like us!

We absolutely loved this couch set. What drew us to it with the shopping page pictures was the firm, durable look, the clean, tight angles and the elegant gray color. This set came exactly as we imagined it and it feels great...perfect to help your posture. I disagree with some of the reviews that describe is as 'rock hard firm'. It is a few shades softer than that, but definitely on the firm side of the scale (but for us that is a huge draw, sagging cushions is one of our pet peeves and it starts to hurt our backs; this set feels great on the support). It was super easy to put together, just some screws to fasten the sides and back to the bottom and then the legs...as easy as it reasonably gets. I have already told Wayfair how thrilled we were with the delivery service...but let me say it again: DELIVERY IS AS MUCH OF A HAPPY EXPERIENCE AS THE SHOPPING!!! The wayfair crew gave a narrow delivery window (so, yes, we were able to actually plan the day). They gave a courtesy call when 30 mins out (and their tone and attitude was as jovial and friendly as it gets folks). They slowed down to a crawl with the furniture dolly to make sure that the doorway and wall paint wouldn't get scratched when bringing it in (where can you find attention to detail and caring like this anymore!!??). Just fantastic! So, shopping, delivery, assembly and quality (lets call this the SDAQ measure)...5-stars on each. Wayfair has made a lasting impression on this, our first, purchase.

My husband and I put both couch and loveseat together in no time! We commented on how ingenious everything was packed and thought out. Needed only the tool enclosed in package and couches went together easily in very little time. Wanted something in the family room that could be wiped off and simple and black and this fit the bill. Price was very competitive and was very happy that Wayfair was able to deliver before the estimated date AND before Christmas!!!! Delivery team was extremely nice and eager to please. They brought both large boxes down to the lower level and were out of the house in what seemed like 10 minutes or less. Family made complimentary comments about our purchase for style and comfort and price. We're happy with our purchase and dealing with Wayfair!

I love my couch it is a lot smaller than I expected, I would of brought a larger couch but for the price I paid it’s decent. It is nice and firm holds strong and sleeps well just in case you do not fee like going to the bed! Very flexible you can move it around without straining yourself. Only reason for four stars I kept my couch on the same wall for three months until I felt it was time to redecorate and my wall was stained blue and the assembly is pretty tough not worded instructions just pictures. Definitely 4/5

I love my new 2 piece living room set. It has a classic, minimalist style that complements my light colored wood flooring (I bought the blue). Be aware that the couch is firm and does not have high backs. If you want to put your feed up, you will have to buy a separate ottoman. Perfect for a nice tea with friends. The only negative to the experience was that it took a long time to ship and then deliver. Luckily once it was at the local delivery agent I was able to call and get an earlier day in the week for delivery. The other thing was it cost extra to have it put together (it arrives in two large boxes). If you are not savvy in following paper directions, you will have to pay more. Fortunately, I found it easy and put it all together in about an hour from the initial unboxing and complete setup.
