This recliner is made for smaller people. The seat is narrow, and the back is not very high. The cushions are stiff and the fabric is very thin and cheap. We are just ‘satisfied’ with our purchase. The chair suits our purpose, but it is definitely a lot smaller than we expected, and not really roomy for a person of average size. The color is representative of what the website displayed. There is no mention at all about ‘Andover Mills’ nor ‘Kai’ — the 2 names we thought we were purchasing. The only names that came with this chair are ‘Relax a Lounger’ and ‘Parker.’ A Wayfair rep told us that the chair we received was actually made by Lifestyle Solutions. The actual manufacturer and model name should be on the website - not another company. Being this is our very first Wayfair purchase, we hope this review will be accepted. Finally a recliner chair that is form enough and has lumbar support without pushing my head forward! This manual recliner looks just like the product photo, a rich beautiful brown color that goes well with all colors. This Tried & True recliner is great for my back, I have degenerative bone disease, scoliosis, arthritis and a slipped disc and I fell asleep within five minutes of sitting in the chair when it arrived! I was able to roll the box end over end into my living room and spill the chair onto the floor. This allowed me to do everything myself. The chair comes in three sections, main compartment, sides and back. There are metal slats the sides and back slips into. I had this chair assembled in less than 5 minutes, ALL BY MYSELF!! Excellent! The recliner is the perfect size for me with lush puffy arms, so soft and comfortable. There is a little finger lever on the right side, so a little pull of the black flip plate/lever and the feet comes up, then just push your body back to recline. Only drawback is it doesn’t come with a butler to serve me coffee! Hahaha, but I am so thankful in my life that Wayfair has such beautiful products, my utmost favorite place to shop!!!. Martha. I love this recliner! It came in one box and was really easy to put together. You just slide the back piece of the recliner onto the seat. It’s that easy! The color is great, as well as the fabric.
