I love love love this!!! I am recently getting into baking and specifically bread making this kit is awesome. It comes with everything you need and the quality is great. I would definitely recommend this

This kit includes everything a beginner sourdough or artisan bread maker needs to get started. The dough whisk is especially useful for hand mixing, and the bowl scrapers are perfect for working with sticky, high-hydration doughs. I loved using the bannetons- my first loaves came out with a professional look. The lame includes a sturdy wooden handle, extra blades, and a leather sheath, which was a nice touch. That said, the metal scraper wasn’t as sharp as I expected, and the included sling didn’t end up being useful since it’s not oven-safe at higher temperatures (500°F). I also would have appreciated a quick guide with care instructions for the baskets and blades, as well as some tips on setting up and using the lame safely.

I made the most delicious bread using this proofing basket! 8 have used all the tools in this set yet, but what I have used has worked well. I have made bread many times before, but it makes a big difference having the right tools.

Very nice, fits in all my sourdough needs, the tools are also very good , just a nice set for all your baking needs.

I have used the round bread basket, the lame, and the scraper. All have behaved wonderfully. After a few more sour dough baking episodes using all the included utensils I am sure I will give this a 5 star rating.

I have been making sourdough bread for a year now and regret not buying this kit sooner. What a difference it made. The bannatons helped the loaves to keep their shape and the sling made it so easy to get the bread in and out of the pan. I have definitely upped my bread game.
