Like other reviewers we are pleased with this 110 volt electric pool heater. It works great for its price range. Just be patient and let it work to get the pool temperature up and maintaining. It may take a few days to get it up into the 80 degree range. We have a 5400 gallon above ground pool and it is keeping the pool temp in the high 80 degrees or 30 celcius range. Our nights are in the low teens in Saskatoon even in July. I wish I would have ordered it in May to have received it and installed for early June swimming. 1 month in and loving it.. Anonymous. I had an 8 mm pool cover that disintegrated last year so I opted for the 16 mm. I found an open box item that was twice as long as my pool, but now I have enough leftover for another when this one wears out.
