It’s a beautiful shower door. Heavy. I was hesitant on ordering based on a couple of the low reviews. We didn’t install it ourselves our contractor did. It was difficult to find the shower door I wanted for our tiny bathroom and this was perfect. Love them! When I bought my condo they had track Lighting in the office and it was so outdated, ugly, and a total eyesore! I had my Handyman remove them fix the ceiling and then put these in. I wanted something super flush to the ceiling so they didnt draw a lot of attention or make the ceiling feel low as it is a little bit lower in this room. When they were built this was originally supposed to be a patio and they enclosed it for additional living space. I made it an office which isnt completed yet! I love how they hug the ceiling and they come with two remote controls which is super handy when walking into the room when dark. I keep one in my living room and one on the desk. It also has a day and night on it for bright or soft. When I ordered them I felt they were a little expensive, but when I got them, I feel they are well worth the expense! Easy to install ,nice door ,my opinion i would stay closer to the 48 inch size opening like 46 to48 ,i know it only another 2 inches to the 44 inches it says it can fit but it doesn't leave alot of room for the opening , it will work just suggest the person using the shower be on the smaller side.. Trying to find a shower door frame that is the right brushed nickel color was a challenge. Took a chance ordering this one and wasnt disappointed. The frame color was the perfect shade of grey (brushed nickel) and matched the other hardware well. Installation was fairly easy and the door looks great. We did a total remodel of our shower, and I wanted a door with a clean and modern look. This one is WONDERFUL. Since installation was beyond our capability, I did have a contractor install it. He said that it was easy to install but advised 2 people to complete the task. The door arrived in 4 packages, and all the parts were present. We have hard water, so I especially love that the glass has a special coating to minimize spoting. I like that the door has the ability to be installed to swing inward or outward. All in all decent product, directions are very vague - I did have to email the company to get clarification on bracket length and it not sitting tight in bracket. In other wards when brackets were installed the bar had space on each side (said it was acceptable) Brackets for adjusting the rollers slightly on cheap side and caused me to scratch the protective coating but will mever see water..
