It works well for what I needed

Nice addition for the knife set.

Sharpens stainless steel knives well. Jury is still out on sharpening ceramic knives. When reading descriptions, it's difficult to differentiate among items advertised as ceramic knife sharpeners as to whether they are sharpeners for ceramic knives or whether the sharpeners are merely made of ceramic. The latter will not necessarily sharpen a true ceramic knife. Those require a special type of sharpener.

This works great! Some of my knives were getting dull so I bought a new set. That didn't work out so I bought this sharpener and now my old knives are so sharp! I love it!
