The 3-dimensional mat is heat-laminated to a non-woven Light-weight, breathable fabric in order to provide a separation from various wall systems. The monofilaments are heat-welded at the junctions to form a structure that spaces exterior veneer away from the inner sheathing. The product is useful in cavity wall designs and rain screen systems in which an airspace is needed for drainage and ventilation.

I got this screening for privacy from human neighbors and animal neighbors. My dogs are easily riled up by people that cut through the yaranimals that pass through , as well. This gives me a better sense of privacy, while also blocking things from my dogs some, too. Its a fabric of types, so its understandable that it has some give and stretch. I am still just trying to figure out how to work with that, which is difficult and Im hoping will be better with some time upright. I got mine for taller fences than mine, because I also have animals trying to come under the fence, and I thought staking it down to the ground at the bottom might help with that. The Bessemer Privacy Screen measures 48in H x 40in W making it the perfect size to conceal unsightly yard items such as garbage bins, air conditioning units, generators, pool pumps, or any other items that you wish to hide. The Bessemer Screen Kit comes unassembled with 2 panels that can be connected using the included joiner clips. Please allow approximately 90 mins for the assembly of these two panels. This screen is made from our signature WoodTek Vinyl material that has the appearance and texture of natural wood but is actually premium-grade vinyl. This material is UV-resistant, weather-resistant, and virtually maintenance-free, perfect to upgrade your outdoor space. We are proud to offer products made of recycled PVC which reduces the carbon footprint of the Bessemer Screen. The boards that comprise the screens measure 39 7/8in W x 10in H and, once assembled have a 1/2in gap in distance between each other. Assembling and installing this screen is effortless with our no-dig installation system. Simply assemble by using our installation guide or online videos! If you have hard ground, we recommend wetting the ground that you plan to insert the panels into and then using a mallet to insert the stakes into the ground.
