The male mannequin arrived in excellent condition. He's tall, so it will work well for the intended purpose, which is displaying costumes at an upcoming comic con. The arms are difficult to manipulate for getting him dressed. They're making a cranking sound. So, for the purposes of the con, I will likely just take the arms off. I'm thinking of replacing them with pool noodles stuffed in a sleeve for better range of motion and easier for costume changes. As a display piece in a house or a store that does not need a costume change hourly, he's a good value for the money. A little harder to assemble than the female mannequin I bought. It took two people to get the torso on. The pieces assemble with a click lock assembly. Right now, we're having a good time with him standing in front of the front window. Almost perfect. After some adjustments, it turned out pretty good. 1. The torso base mount wobbled no matter how hard the plastic clamp was tightened. 2.
