This shower system is exactly as pictured and really pretty in person. The finish is perfect, not too yellow or brassy, and looks so elevated. We bought this for our 6 year old and she loves it. My husband and I (well, mostly him) put it together ourselves and while it took quite a while (because there's like 8000 pieces to it), the instructions were surprisingly clear. Some of the wood was warped and didn't fit together very we, but with a few tweaks we got it to work. Make sure there's a strong person available on delivery day because the driver needed my husband's help to get it off the truck. No way I would have been able to move those boxes. This valve seems to be a serious one but can’t comment yet on full functionality since the remodel is still going on. Wayfair should review timelines for submitting reviews and increase to 6-12 months the timeframe so that customers can give more informed view on the product. The installer had no issues in plugging everything in, i have used it with copper lines, the stops are really useful to test everything and the preliminary tests were working all good.
