Great product but would be helpful if you put a large warning sticker on the unit, since my moron installer didn't look at the instructions (or can't read) and didn't use mortar. Tile went on afterward and now we have a very squeaky pan and a difficult repair. Either we remove the tile that was set around it, and the pan, which will be costly, or we try and inject foam underneath. We are going to try the latter. It's unfortunate that you have to idiot-proof a product, but one big 'ol sticker on the pan might have saved us all the hassle!.
