Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. The shower basin itself is very sturdy and the color is exactly what we were looking for. I especially like the textured design of the surface, which provides additional grip and helps reduce the risk of slipping. The drain also sits very seamlessly with the basin and gives it a clean, finished look. Unfortunately, ours arrived with a crack, which I believe happened during delivery. It was well packaged overall, but I think additional protection around the corners would help prevent cracks or breaks during shipping. While ours is still usable, the crack does create some concern about the possibility of leaks over time. Aside from the shipping damage, this is a very good, solid piece and I would recommend it.
