I ordered and received this ice maker on March 21st. My daughter opened it and started using it on March 27th for her birthday. Last week, May 5th (in less than 3 months) the ice maker started to make a loud noise and stopped working. I tried several times to clean it to see if that would resolve the issue, but it unfortunately is not working. I think it’s unacceptable for the ice maker to stop working in less than 3 months considering the cost and described value.

The appearance is great, love the ice and the light but it is loud and runs often. The instructions say to transfer the ice out of the machine once it is complete so I put the bin in my freezer and what a mistake that was. It simultaneously melts/leaks and then freezes into a block which you have to chip at with a metal scoop which makes a huge mess. Going to keep it despite its faults because I won’t spend the cost of the name brand but I wouldn’t purchase it again.

I love my new icemaker. The ice is so tiny and crunchy. It’s delicious. I would definitely recommend this icemaker to anyone. It fits perfectly on my counter and looks very decorative it came very fast and I’m very happy with it.

We bought this for our RV adventures. Shipping was okay. Not fast nor slow. Haven’t unboxed to see how this works but will update come the warmer weathers hit and camping season commences!

Ice maker that I have received doesn’t look like the one in the picture. Trying to return for a refund and having problems. I will not be buying anything from Wayfair again. A 30-day refund was/is available but it’s not being honored. Terrible customer service.
