I was so excited to get this chandelier. My husband put it up but it needs to be at least another two feet lower. I reached out to the manufacturer and they said they don’t have extra rods to send. As far as the light goes it was made very well (that’s why I gave 5 starts) but unfortunately if you have really high ceilings it won’t work. This chandelier is absolutely stunning! I ordered it in black, and I love how it looks in my dining room. Assembly did take quite a while because you have to attach a hook to the top and bottom of each crystal before attaching them to the chandelier. There are approximately 180 crystals, so it is definitely a time-consuming process. However, once it’s all put together, it is completely worth it. The finished chandelier is beautiful and makes such a statement in the room.
