Made using high-grade thick Chinese Moso bamboo, polished for a smooth surface, and carved calligraphy design. In traditional Chinese gong fu style tea, the water must first be poured over the headset to warm the teapot, tea brewer, and cups, and the first rinse of the leaves is also discarded. These slatted trays with a water collection basin make it easier to serve the tea in this way. Preheat and rinse your cups and teapot on top of the tray. Water then drains through the holes in the removable bamboo top, flowing down into the main part of the tray below
