Smith's 3 Stages Manual Knife Sharpener

I have yet to use this on one of my good knives because I have no idea how to use the knob with the different angles. I have only ever used flat knife sharpening blocks, so I will need to practice with a dull knife to figure out which angle I like.

I am very happy and impressed with my new kitchen tool. I have a knife sharpener, but not one for serrated knives. This is lightweight and performs very well. It has 3 slots for thin, thick, and serrated and it also has a control know that you can personally adjust for each knife. Not only did it sharpen each knife I tried, it also sharpened a pair of poultry scissors. I highly recommend purchasing this product because it exceeds all expectations.

So all my knives were getting so dull. I looked at several different options and I chose this sharpener from Smith’s. I am so happy I did. This little manual sharpener is a dream. It not only sharpened all my knives, even the serrated ones. It also sharpens your scissors. I LOVE THIS. I didn’t realize how dull my kitchen scissors had become. I have been sharpening all my knives and scissors like crazy. It is very easy and simple to use. It comes with some really nice to understand directions. I didn’t know about blade angels or putting an edge on an already sharp knife. Well now I do. I looked so smart at my sisters house at dinner last night. I was helping her cut up all the salad ingredients and let her know that she needed a better edge on her pairing knife. She asked how does she go about doing that? WELL thank goodness I brought my new Smith’s 3 stage manual knife sharpner to show her. LOL. Like I always have knife sharpner win my purse all the time. We sharpened several of her knives and scissors also. This sharpner even will let you change the direction of the edge. There is a knob on the top of the sharpner that you just turn to get the edge you want. So worth the money.

Pay here we go, I’ve tasked my daughter with sharpening the knives. She said I’d pleased with the results so far. I usually take my knives out to be sharpened or use a stone and oil but this simple sharpener does the job.

You never delivered the paring knife I ordered with this sharpener. UPS delivered to another city far away and they said I had to contact Wayfair and instruct Wayfair to contact them. Wayfair refused and then said I had to contact UPS and it was my problem to solve when delivered somewhere else. I have notified the BBB and also filed a fraud complaint. Will never order from anti-customer Wayfair again and will spread the word to the best of my ability for others to refrain from business with Wayfair and related companies.
