It's not the fanciest but works well and was within our budget. The water pressure is better than others and I like the different selections for shower patterns. The description isn't great and could use more pics so you can see what you're getting (I was worried it didn't have everything)- it comes with everything you need to mount it to the existing shower pipe coming out of the wall: the handheld shower head, the flexible hose, and the magnetic mount. Love the install, love the stream modes. The only issue is when you go to replace the removable handle, it'll fall onto the floor unless you place it in the cradle exactly perfect.
