Having never ordered from Wayfair before, I was a bit hesitant, especially since I was ordering an open box. The price was too good to pass up. I bit the bullet and took a chance. I worried unnecessarily though. It was a great experience. Good communication, quick shipping and was delivered earlier than expected. Item works perfectly. This Ceiling fan was purchased for our pole barn. the heat inside the bars gets intense in the summer months and there is very little airflow, this fan offers the perfect solution. We had our contractor install two of these heaters with the covered patio extension we built last spring.
