Happy with the final result. I used AI agent to confirm the dimensions would work in my space, and even so, the sliding door was not going to fit. Made it work without the sliding door (see photos). I love my convection oven. It cooks so quickly that it's a joy. While I did have to recycle some of my pots, the majority work on the new oven. I would highly recommend this purchase. This refrigerator replaced a 22 year old Artica GE Side by Side. I had kept the Artica going for all these years, but got tired of the defrost heater burning out what I consider to be too often? I purchased OEM one's, but the last one lasted about 14 months and it was a GE one. Don't know why they don't last any better? Anyway said goodbye to the old girl that served us pretty well for those 22 years. The ice maker had failed and had developed an internal leak I could not find and fix, so we lived without that for several of it's last years. Now, this new one is HUGE at 28.3 The old one was about 25 cu. ft. Actually, I hated the dark tunnel of the Artica Side by Side. Could not find things back in there! This new one is great from that standpoint with the lighted back panel, you can see everything in there. Like the convertible part and the drawers in the freezer section. I've read that the ice makers in GE refrigerators are troublesome compared to other brands? I hope it is trouble free, but all of that is unknown just after purchase and setup. The old Artica was built like a tank. The shelving was sturdy. This new one has shelving and door trays that are a bit less robust. I hope they stand up as well as the old Profile Artica? Love the style and very roomy. Grandkids love the fact it shows them how many ounces of water they are drinking and it not only helps them, but grandma make sure she is drinking enough. Love that it has the door in door and I am able to put drinks and not have to open the entire door. I also don't like the fact the ice cubes stick ALOT and I have to open and shake the container. Also don't like the noise level. This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. While the individuals were courteous, the lack of technical competence, attention to detail, and basic safety made this a very poor and exhausting experience.. Ilaria. Washington, CT.
