The toilet arrived with significant shipping damage. Upon opening the box, I found that one of the ceramic side panels had been shattered during transit. The packaging and carton showed signs of rough handling, and there were ceramic fragments throughout the box. At this time, Wayfair is working with the manufacturer to provide replacement parts. I appreciate their willingness to address the issue, but I have not yet been able to install or test the toilet due to the damage. The toilet itself looks modern and well-designed, and I’m hopeful that the damage was limited to the removable ceramic panel and that no internal components were affected during shipping. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
