The Moen digital shower controller is a nice upgrade. We needed a controller on the opposite side of the shower from the shower head, so the water could be turned on without entering the shower. Smart Living Technology is a voicemail in Tempe, AZ that doesn't return phone calls. I ran in to multiple problems including a broken wire to the shower valve and left multiple voicemails and never get a call back. You're on your own. The directions were clearly translated from Chinese and make no sense. The shower jets have no system to fasten them to the wall. I think they are supposed to rely on the plumbing to hold them in place? I'd never know because the directions are pointless. I ended up having to silicone them in and strap them from behind. I had to solder the broken wire in the thermostat valve. The lights on the LED are programable ones that let you change color and give you all kinds of colors except a decent white light. Really like the design and functionality of this shower head and the wand is amazing. I have the wand in my shower currently, and this valve and head is for my guest bath that is about to start remodeling Faze. I think this is one of the coolest looking shower heads. Its very sturdy and will look great installed. My only gripe if I even need one but I worry that down the road, if I want to change out the shower head or if theres am issue, its not a universal swap due to the connection. Im no plumber, so maybe its not really an issue, but it doesnt affect anything because thats years away. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking to remodel or at least do some updates.. Douglas. Great Product! Highly Recommend! Price fluctuates on this, but I got it on sale for around $48. I wanted to get the 8 spray model S-2251, but it costs over $100 for 2 more spray heads. So I got this and took off the restrictor (search you tube) and I have the lever set in the middle where it sprays nice thick hot water and gives me a good massage. I think I spend less time in the shower because there's more water to clean all the soap off. Try it with the restrictor and with the black rubber off, and without the whole restrictor.
