The glass overhanging the counter is a great feature add too. Downsides: it was very frustrating to install this extremely heavy appliance just to set it up and see that they offered little spacers for the tiny gaps in the back--I didn't get to use them because I would've had to pull the range out again completely. I sticker saying "stop! Before install install spacers" would've been nice! Having a baking drawer like kitchenaid offers would be awesome instead of just a warming drawer on the bottom. And lastly. I also like that you can choose to use two slots or just one, and adjust the settings depending on whether you want lighter or darker toast. Cleaning is easy since it has two crumb trays on the sides. The toaster feels sturdy and well made. It is a bit heavy, but I actually like that because it doesn’t feel cheap.
