We had purchased several products from Wairfare, but this time we have had a terrible experience and feeling. We placed an order, but received the wrong item, which there is no way to put the simulating charcoals in. Then we contacted Wairfare, and an associate promised to resend a correct product as replacement to us. The replacement has been delivered, but to our surprise, it is exactly the same as the first one, all wrong items! Now we have to handle repacking and returning such heavy stuff. We are so disappointed and frustrated! We just want to get refunded, and maybe choose a different one.

My only objection is that it doesn’t allow for temperature control so it doesn’t project enough heat when it’s really wind-chill cold outside that’s my fault for ordering the wrong item but realized it after the installation.

With a detailed product description, I did not fail shopping. The two-story house has a defect that is cold on the first floor and hot in the sun on the second floor, but thanks to this product, I am satisfied that I can spend this winter without being cold.

We use it often and the heat works well
