Doughmakers Non-Stick Aluminum Cookie Sheet

I love these. I already own 3 which I purchased about 18 years ago. They don't warp and cookies don't burn. I bought 2 this year for gifts for my grandson and his wife.

Haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it is beautiful and can tell it is good quality. I'm super excited about it. Had to subtract a star due to the glue used to put the ad paper on top on the part used for food. Do not use glue that is not easily removable in areas where food goes. Still have not used this pan bc I have to use something abrasive to remove the industrial glue they used for this! Why, just why! Came with paper literally glued to it not just tacky. Not easy to remove, need elbow grease and a miracle. Why would a company put some high industrial full of chemicals glue on an area you will be placing food!! Beautiful sheet otherwise.

I love these baking sheets. I bought these as a gift for my daughter-in-law, who loves mine. They're very durable but light weight. Cookies bake evenly.

It is thinner than I thought it would be, but I used it for the first time the other day. I did not use non-stick cooking spray, as the instructions stated. I was very skeptical about that. After cooking on it, the pizza came right off the pan, without sticking & the bottom of the crust was nice & brown. Clean-up was amazing. I only used a dishcloth & warm soapy water. No scouring pad was needed. I really love this cookie sheet. Can't wait to actually bake some cookies on it!!

Update Oct2024 order another one and this time no glue whatsoever on the sheet. Bravo to seller for listening to previous customers complains. Arrived later than expected. Glue on label really ruins the brand. It does eventually come off but gosh, why would any manufacturer use such an awful product just to label. They feel sturdy. One corner was slightly bent on both but does not affect the baking area. We’ll see how they hold up and if any warping when they get into the oven. I use Silpat’s for all my cookie baking so I’m not concerned about sticking and cleaning these sheets. I’m looking for durability and no warping. Will update if they become an issue.

Best cookie sheet I’ve ever owned! Pricey but worth it!

This is the 3rd one I've purchased! The best cookie sheet ever! I use these not only for cookies, but several meat recipes as well. I love that's it's so lightweight, yet, heavy duty and so easy to clean and maintain! I would recommend this cookie sheet to all bakers out there!! Great quality!!!
