The hang ups and cubes are made of 100% natural, USA-grown, renewably harvested, naturally aromatic eastern red cedar. The cedar acts as a natural repellent to pests due to the aromatic oils in the wood. The cedar oils are also a natural fungicide and microbicide, keeping your clothes (and lungs) protected and smelling fresh. And, unlike most other repellents and fresheners, cedar is all-natural, non-toxic to humans and pets and safe for your clothes. The cedar scent on the cubes and hang ups can fade over time as the oils dissipate. To refresh the scent, lightly sand the cubes and hang ups to release fresh oils.
