I bought 4 of these to use for holidays and parties and it’s made my life so much easier! Not only does it keep everything warm but I can cook in here, leave it and forget it, and it’s all ready to go when friends and family come over. I don’t just use these for special occasions but truly something I use year round. I worried about the light color getting dirty and still after getting so much use out of them they are in perfect condition and not a spec on them. Love this pressure cooker! I've been using an aluminum PC for years, but recently changed to an induction cooktopand needed an induction compatible PC. It's easy to close the lid securely, to tell when pressure has been achieved, and to quick release the pressure. Yes, it's expensive, but I'll have it the rest of my life and pass it on when I die.
