We had one like this that got washed away when IRENE flooded Vt. in late Aug. 2011 so I started looking for a like replacement found your website that had many to chose from at a fair price.It came with great packing directions to set up align. We will not be able to install it in the flower garden until the ground thaws out in the spring also thinking of using a post hole digger for cement post to mount on old one was on a cedar fence post that apparently floated easily."..." This sundial has a nice antiqued finish and great detail. I think it will get an even better finish as it weathers in the garden. We planned to mount it on a wooden tree branch post for a more natural look but it will take some creativity since the back is only set up for a pre-made stand that you can buy.
