The adjustable neck adapts to a variety of legacy recessed housing depths making retrofitting a breeze. Once existing lamps and trims are removed, simply set the CCT switch to the desired color temperature, screw the base in just like you would a lamp, and push up on the trim until it's flush with the ceiling. These look better than the average thin wafer lights we install. I thought when I ordered them they would change colors, but my electrician said they don't. I like that you can flip the inner circle up and direct the light where you want it. They look substantial without taking a lot of space in the ceiling to install. I would definitely buy them again..
