Scriven 5 Tier Accent Shelf

I purchased this as an open box item knowing there could be some damage. One of two main supports had a 4 inch break in it, causing the board to be completely warped. The person I chatted with at Wayfair had me send a picture of the damage and refunded my money. I didn't have to send the shelving back so I may be able to salvage some of it. As a frequent customer I appreciated the excellent service. However, I feel the shelf should not have even been offered as an open box deal. It was way too damaged.

It is the perfect piece for my spot. I miss read the dimensions so had to cut two shelves BUT it still looks great. Getting it hung on the other hand was almost impossible. Every time we lifted it the shelves would slide. Needs a redesign on the way it goes together.

I bought this during a remodel. I thought it was perfect for the look I was going for. It was on sale so I bought it immediately. It came quickly but I just opened the box and not one but TWO pieces are broken, one cracked, the other completely broken in half. I think they need to pack it better and maybe label the box FRAGILE. If they refund me I will increase my stars.

Was difficult to hang up on the wall, took nearly took two people, but love the storage and the aesthetic

wall mounts did not work very well. had to purchase different ones. product came with one of the wood pieces cracked

Love the look of this shelf. A little hard to get in place. Definitely a 2 person job to hang it. Goes together very nicely. Great signature piece!

Changed my living room. looks very nice decoration wise and easy to assemble 

THE SHELF IS EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED AND WILL DO NICELY IN MY OFFICE TO HOLD ASSORDED ACCTRUMONT ABOVE MY COMPUTER DESK. EASY TO ASSEMBLE, EASY TO HANG, AND I'M 86 YEARS OLD!
