New to Wayfair Professional? We are here to help! We have created this guide to help you through every step of the process, from logging in and site navigation to accessing exclusive business pricing and tax exemptions. And as always, we are a click or a call away if you have any questions.
Logging In
Enter your email and password to access your account dashboard. Can’t remember your password? Not a problem! Click “Forgot My Password,” enter your email, and we’ll set you up with a new one.
Order History
Once you log in, you can track your orders, update shipping information, make returns, request replacements, write product reviews, and more.
How to Add Coworkers
From your account dashboard, simply click “Add a Coworker.” Enter their email(s) and click “Send Invite” to extend your account’s benefits to them.
Tabbed Navigation Bar
Shop easily across all our signature brands from anywhere on the site using the tabbed navigation bar at the top of the page.
Shared Cart
When you’re done shopping, check out our checkout. We combine your items from all our sites into a single cart for easy and efficient ordering.

Use our Search Results page to quickly sort through millions of top-quality and commercially graded products. Find your perfect product using dozens of filters including, price, size, material, and color.
Tax Exemption
Apply for tax-exempt status with valid resale or state exemption documents from your account dashboard to unlock a “Tax-Exempt Purchase” feature available during checkout.
