National:
- OMNIA Partners (Wayfair Contract #07-130): OMNIA Partners, Public Sector is the premier purchasing organization for state and local government, K-12 education, colleges and universities. All contracts available have been competitively solicited and publicly awarded by a government entity serving as the lead agency while utilizing industry best practices and processes.
- TIPS (Wayfair Contract #230301): TIPS is a national purchasing cooperative that offers access to competitively procured purchasing contracts to its members. TIPS is housed at and managed by the Region 8 Education Service Center located in Pittsburg, Texas.
- PACE (Wayfair Contract #P00246): The Purchasing Association of Cooperative Entities (PACE) is designed to give its members additional awarded contract tools to assist their entities in meeting bidding requirements, saving valuable staff resources. PACE finds vendors to assist members in meeting their operation goals and saving funds when obtaining best-value supplies.
Regional:
- eVA: eVA, the Commonwealth of Virginia’s marketplace, is free to all local governments and other public bodies (cities, towns, counties, community service boards, authorities, and public schools).
- NC eProcurement: NC eProcurement provides an innovative, cost-saving, and efficient method of purchasing to state agencies, community colleges, school systems, and local governments. NC eProcurement allows government entities to aggregate their purchasing data in order to obtain better prices from suppliers. Additionally, NC eProcurement allows greater visibility into statewide procurement information, allowing the state to determine what other goods and services should be placed on contracts.
- COMMBUYS, Massachusetts: COMMBUYS is the only official procurement record system for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Learn more here.
- ESC 20, Texas: Region 20 is a top midsize employer in San Antonio. Education Service Center, Region 20 is one of 20 regional education service agencies within Texas that assist school districts in improving student performance and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of school operations. They are a non-regulatory agency; their relationship with school districts is collaborative and supportive.

We offer flexible payment options based on your district’s needs – including PO, P-card, and credit card options. Use your P-cards and credit cards in online checkout. For PO purchasing, please contact your Account Manager to receive a price quote; we’re happy to include co-op or contract information on quotes to comply with your schools’ requirements!
