If you're just tuning in, welcome! My husband and I have just completed renovating our master bath in partnership with Wayfair and Kohler, and I've been writing about the process along the way. Catch up on our initial plans and design inspiration here.
We are absolutely thrilled with how the design came together, and I'm so excited to share the reveal with you!
First, let's take a look at the space before and during the renovation.

Our master bathroom was long overdue for a face-lift—from the hardware to the tile, every aspect was outdated. Also, it was dark and felt quite cramped. As we had an adjoining area that was too small to be of use, it was a natural design solve to tear down the dividing wall to open up the space (and let the light pour in).
Let's start the tour with our new Archer bathtub (right), I have wanted a bathtub for years and cannot wait to take my first bath in this beauty! Take a look at the gorgeous antique faucet (with a hand shower to boot!). I'll probably never leavethe room.

Our Kohler Jacquard vanity is as practical as it is pretty, so that's saying a lot! I'm slightly obsessed with the adjustable shelves. From skin care and makeup to toothbrushes and hair products, there's a perfect place for everything—Kohler should rename this the 'sanity vanity.'
The Artifacts hardware is exquisitely crafted and I'm delighted to know that the timeless design will always be in style.

Our second priority, after having a bath tub, was brightening up the space. Not only does natural light make for a more beautiful space, but it also makes getting ready in the morning without harsh artificial lighting that much better. Taking down the divider wall let light flood in! From the shower you can see all of the windows and it's a beautiful way to start and end the day.

With the new layout, there's no door dividing our bedroom from the bathroom, so it was quite important to have an enclosed washroom. Frankly I've never seen a prettier toilet! Coupled with the new Artifacts toilet paper holder, it's a sweet little space.
We cannot wait to start enjoying our gorgeous new bathroom! Aside from the shower, the plumbing was hooked up just the day before the photo shoot, so we haven't fully experienced many of these beautiful new pieces; stay tuned for additional insights!
