New Neighbor Welcome Gift

According to our neighborhood statistics, the real estate market has certainly picked up. In the last six months, we have gotten eight new neighbors! To welcome them into the neighborhood and make introductions, I decided to create a small gift for each one.

Choosing something for the home is a great start for a new neighbor welcome gift. I think beautiful, yet useful items are the perfect gift for a new homeowner, so I started with a pretty wooden cheese board. Next, everyone needs disposable napkins, or some beautiful cloth napkins, especially for hosting a housewarming or dinner party. Top it all off with a beautiful card. This one has with a stunning red door and a welcome sign hanging up, so it was perfect. Lastly, I tied it all together with a red ribbon.
No need to break the bank. A gift from the heart is the perfect way to make a new friend.
