Finally we made it fit, all the while rereading the instructions. We got the sides and back in, only the realize we screwed up!! It took less time to unstuck it and do over correctly. I must say the quality of the seems, zippers and material to withstand what we put it through without ripping is astonishing. Of course my one dog after being afraid of ot thought it was for her.
